Posted Tuesday, August 27th 2013 @ 11am  by Talk Radio 105.7 FM / 570 AM

A Utah State University junior -- and member of the Aggies Marching Band -- was killed Monday afternoon, when he rode his bike into a slackline, tied between trees on the Logan campus.

Eric Anderson, 24, of West Jordan, suffered a heart attack after hitting the rope and later died at a Logan hospital.

He was riding at the base of Old Main Hill when the accident occurred.

The slackline is used by students, to balance, walk and bounce on.
