Amanda's friends have been reaching out lately because they want to help her ... but she's telling them to back off because "everything's fine."
The actress says ... the stories about her mental state "are being blown way out of proportion."

Comedy golden couple Amy Poehler andWill Arnett are separating after nine years of marriage, the couple's rep confirms to E! News.
The couple, who wed in 2003, have two sons together, Archie, 3, and Abel, 2.
The Parks and Recreation star and theArrested Development alum have collaborated on several projects together, including Blades of Glory, Monsters vs. Aliens and Horton Hears a Who!. In 2010, Arnett made a guest appearance on Poehler's hit NBC comedy. Arnett currently stars on NBC's Up All Night.
This was Arnett's second marriage—he was divorced from Penelope Ann Miller after one year of marriage in 1995—and Poehler's first.
The couple's split was first reported by Us Weekly.

Police say Alicia Guastaferro, a 20-year-old ex-beauty queen who appeared with her family on "Wife Swap" in 2008 (see an image of Guastaferro and her parents on the show), had sex with a 54-year-old New York defense attorney for money. Guastaferro and the attorney, James Doyle, were pulled over for driving erratically, cops say, and both admitted they had been drinking. Guastaferro allegedly admitted getting between $500 and $700 for each encounter with Doyle.
